But working together, we can Stop that Bill and the Threats that accompany it, including some people's outrageous view that Illegal Aliens should continue to be a class of U.S. residents entitled to American Taxpayer-funded Benefits.

Illegal aliens becoming entitled to your tax money is not an Empty Threat. 
 
Former Homeland Security Chief Janet Napolitano, now University of California President, has recently earmarked $5 Million of Taxpayer money to fund IN-STATE College Tuition for Illegals so they can more easily displace American students in the University of California system.

And California Governor Brown recently signed a Bill giving Drivers Licenses to Illegal Aliens, and another Bill giving certain Illegals the Right to Practice Law!

So it is not just the Horrendous Provisions of the Senate Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill which we must defeat here, but also the Lobby and Leaders who promote the View that Non-Citizens should have the Same Rights as Citizens and should be supported by American Taxpayers!

First, We must work to stop ANY Immigration Bill coming out of the House because it would go to Conference with the Senate Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill, and thus likely come out of Conference as a Copycat of the Senate Bill.
 
Fortunately, Carrying Capacity Network and Key ASAP! Coalition Allies have developed an Initiative which will stop these Threats Cold (see below). It is Very Important to remind ourselves just how damaging these Threats are and would increasingly be if an Amnesty Bill is passed.

Consider the Effects of legalizing, and giving Work Permits to the over-33 Million Immigrants that the Amnesty Bill would authorize.

Official (but Bogus) Statistics claim there are 11 Million Unemployed in the USA.  But there are also over 91 Million Unemployed Americans who are not counted because they are considered "not in the labor force" because they have been unemployed for over a year, or for other reasons. That Total shows over 100 Million Unemployed, according to Economist Michael Snyder writing at Zerohedge.
   
The number of Americans considered "not in the labor force" - dropped down the memory hole - has grown by more than 11 Million since Barack Obama entered the White House, and the Labor Force Participation Rate (63%) is near the lowest it has been since 1978.

So why legalize even one illegal alien who might take work from an American citizen?

Recall just a few more of the Horrendous Provisions of S.744 which would:  

• Dramatically Increase Mass Immigration into the USA. Mass Immigration of millions of people, legal or illegal, which   

• add to pressure on natural resources including energy and water;   

• add to the use of fossil fuels and polluting emissions;  and greatly increase crowding in Urban Areas, and   

• brings diseases hitherto unknown (to the USA) or previously eradicated, including Fatal Brain Tapeworm (neurocysticercosis), Malaria, Polio, Hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Dengue Fever, Chagas' Disease, and increases levels of VD. (vDare & Illegal Health Risk, Newsmax)   

• Cost American Taxpayers a Net (after subtracting Taxes Immigrants may pay) $6.3 Trillion (Heritage, Cis)  

•  Transfer $100 Billion annually from American workers to Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook), Bill Gates (Microsoft) and other Hi-Tech Moguls who hire New Immigrants now for low wages and wish to hire many more (Rubenstein vDare.com).   

• Discriminate even more severely against American High Tech workers over age 40, the greatest proportion of those more than 40,000(!) workers LAID OFF by Silicon Valley last year (Carrying Capacity Network). {Ahem, and Silicon Valley claims it has a "Worker Shortage”!!}    

• Create an additional 17.3 Million potential Voters by 2036 (vDare)   

• Triple the Number of low skill Immigrants admitted (CCN) nearly all of whom would be eligible for Free (i.e., Taxpayer funded) Education, Health Care and Welfare benefits (36% of all Immigrants are already receiving some Welfare benefits! cis.org)   

• INCREASE the Replacement of American Workers by New Immigrants, which is Already Occurring (that is, this Trend would dramatically worsen if the Amnesty Bill passes) as described by Ed Rubenstein writing at vDare.
  
  From October 2009 to October 2013 the share of total jobs held by immigrants rose steadily, from 15.71% to 16.56%. Had the immigrant share remained at its 2009 level, as many as 1.2 million more native-born Americans would have been employed this October.
  
  (If Official employment figures are incorrectly high, as we believe, then the situation is even worse than Rubenstein describes.)

BUT CCN HAS A SOLUTION

Encourage House Members to pass a Resolution (not a Bill). The Resolution would set 9 Conditions which would have to be satisfied BEFORE any so-called Immigration 'Reform'/Amnesty Bill is considered by the House.
 
That Resolution Should Insist That Before Any Bill Is Passed 

1. The Ongoing Asylum Fraud Be Halted,

2. The Obama Administration Deport All Illegals Accused of High or Low-Level Offenses! and that

3. Existing Law Be Fully Enforced, and

4. The Entry-Exit Visa System Previously Authorized and Funded By Congress -- but never made operational -- Be Implemented Using Funds from the Existing TSA Budget

5. The Physical Border Fence Previously Authorized by Congress Actually Be Completed, and

6. CCN suggests that House Sponsors of The Resolution Should Offer To Establish and To Serve on an Investigative Task Force. Their service on the Task Force would be a condition of the House Considering Any Immigration Bill, and

7. A Guarantee that House Sponsors Be Appointed to The Conference Committee Should Any Immigration Bill Pass The House.

8. A further condition would Set Priorities, including that The Task Force Complete Its Work Before The House Considered Any Immigration Bill! and

9. That The Task Force Cause The Net Cost Of Each Provision Of Any Proposed Immigration Bill, Including The Senate Bill, To Be Estimated, based on Existing and Authorized Research, Before Any Such Bill Is Brought To The Floor For A Vote. This would allow the House to fulfill the Constitutional Requirement that all spending Bills originate in the House.

Summing up, the way to kill S. 744 is to bypass it. Let NO immigration Bill come before the House until the foregoing nine Conditions are satisfied. 

Most House Members have not yet made up their minds. Visit or Call them (phone calls or office visits followed by letters are the most effective – fax machines can be turned off and emails disregarded) and tell them to Vote NO on any and all Immigration Bills, Good or Bad!!

Make full use of the ‘Talking Points’ in CCN’s Alerts posted this year on our website, except that, for now, forget pushing an Immigration Moratorium, because any Bill coming to the floor of the House is an accident waiting to happen.
