The Texas Department of Public Safety recently released leaked Official documents warning that the Terrorist Group ISIS was actively encouraging supporters to take advantage of the Porous Texas-Mexico Border to carry our Terrorist attacks against U.S. Citizens.

This warning was confirmed by both Judicial Watch and Breitbart, Texas).

Of the 65,000 Illegal Alien Unaccompanied Minors and Adults who crossed the Border and “checked in” with the Border Patrol this year, some 40,000 have not appeared for their scheduled Court dates and have disappeared into the Interior of the USA, all without being checked for Disease or Terrorist Potential.

Not only is the Obama Administration refusing to protect our Border (it seems more interested in protecting Ukraine’s Border) but the President has promised to Act on his Unconstitutional Executive Amnesty proposal right after the Mid-term Election.

Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala) describes well the Disastrous Consequences such an Action would bring.

“President Obama has openly reaffirmed his unconstitutional plan to nullify our nation’s sovereign laws, issuing executive amnesty and work permits to millions of illegal immigrants. In so doing, he will wipe away American workers’ lawful immigration protections. Illegal workers will be instantly allowed to take precious jobs directly from struggling Americans in every occupation in America. Countless more unlawful workers will pour across the border and overstay their visas. These executive actions will incentivize a tsunami of illegality….”

In September:

And the Executive Amnesty is not the only Post Election Threat. The Lame Duck House could pass some version, any version, of an Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill which would then go the conference with the Horrendous Senate Bill S744.

Regarding the Ongoing Threats to American Public Health and Safety, over 36,000 Convicted Criminal Illegal Aliens who were being processed for Deportation were actually released into Communities across the USA in 2013 according to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency!

And how would anyone know how many of the thousands of teenage “unaccompanied minors” and their adult Relatives being welcomed into the USA are Gang Members or would-be Terrorists, since they are not screened for Criminal Records, or for Disease for that matter, before being admitted.

And speaking of Diseases brought in by this Flood of Illegal Alien Minors and their adult relations, Dr. Marc Siegel MD a practicing Internist, lays them out:

And, we might ask, who can say that Ebola-infected persons could not and are not Waltzing in across our open Southern Border? Indeed, why did the Obama Administration issue a Visa to the Liberian National now being treated for Ebola in a Dallas Hospital without first performing a health Check as indicated by Visa Regulations? Why are passengers from the three most infected countries still allowed into the US without quarantine, including those on the DAILY flight coming into the USA from Liberia?!

And about the Threat that a Lame Duck House will pass some Bill which could go to Conference with the Horrendous Senate Bill: the Illegal Alien Amnesty Bill (S. 744) passed by the Senate would cost us U.S. taxpayers a Net (after subtracting taxes immigrants pay) $6.3 Trillion Dollars, for Education, Health Care, etc. (Heritage Fdn. & cis.org) while tripling legal Immigration which is already at 1 Million per year, so let's try to make sure that it is not also passed by the House in the Lame Duck session.

What about our own working poor, and unemployed or underemployed, when faced with this flood of Illegals and Legals taking Americans jobs and depressing wages?! Wages have been stagnant since 1973 for 80% of the labor force. Most new jobs being created are low paid and/part-time. Participation in the labor force is at its lowest level since 1978. Just where is the supposed Labor Shortage? The USA still has High Unemployment Rates and Big Tech Companies like Microsoft, HP and Cisco are laying off thousands of workers!?

Bottom Line: Legal Immigration needs to be dramatically reduced and Illegals need to be stopped at the Border and deported. Enforcing existing law would be a Giant Step toward protecting our Borders if the Obama Administration would just do it instead of issuing Executive and Administrative Orders which actually facilitate Mass Immigration! Please Ask your Representatives, and those who wish to go to Congress in the next session, to take the following actions and make the following PLEDGE which is consistent with ASAP! Coalition (co-sponsored by CCN):

Regarding the Current Crisis:

A) Insist that our Borders be defended and Illegal Entry not permitted. Enforcement of current law would suffice.

B) Cut off U.S. Foreign Aid to the Major Source Countries, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador! and to the Transit Country, Mexico.

C) Vote NO on any funding which facilitates a continuation of this Illegal Mass Immigration

And regarding Mass Immigration in General:

1) Vote NO on ANY Discharge Petition and/or immigration Bill which could go to conference with, or includes any provisions of, the Senate Bill

2) Vote NO on ANY Amnesty or Work Permits for Illegal Aliens

3) Vote NO on any Bill increasing Legal Immigration, whether via H1(b) Visa increases, or otherwise. (Many of Our own STEM graduates can not get jobs, while Microsoft and HP and other tech firms are laying off tens of thousands of American Workers!!!)

4) Agree to push a zero-net Moratorium Bill in the next Congressional Session (but NOT in this session, because any such Bill would risk coming out of Conference Committee looking like the Horrendous Senate Bill)

5) Oppose publicly, and legislatively if possible, all Amnesties or relaxation of enforcement law or any increases in immigration by Obama Executive Orders or Administrative Decrees

6) Support the “Immigration Compliance Enforcement (ICE) Act, H.R. 3732, and the ENFORCE the law Act of 2014, H.R. 4138, to oppose Government by Executive Decree.

And as to the push for family reunification, why shouldn’t families reunify in their country of origin?

Please let your Representatives, Senators, Candidates and the media know that any Immigration “Amnesty” Tidal Wave Bill or Administrative Decree which enacts an Illegal Alien Amnesty or increases Legal Immigration (we reiterate that the Senate Bill would triple it!) would create a Demographic, Budgetary, Public Health, and Environmental Disaster that is magnitudes greater than Mass Immigration is already creating.

Phone Calls or Office Visits followed by Snail Mail letters are most effective (emails are often ignored and fax machines can be turned off).

So Please help CCN Intensify our Opposition to ANY such Bill NOW!

Only our Massive Grassroots Effort can stop this Rule by Executive Decree and this ill-conceived Open Borders policy and Bills!!
