STOP FAST TRACK TO UNLIMITED IMMIGRATION — ACT NOW!

The Trade Promotion Authority legislation (TPA) which just passed the Senate would allow President Obama to unilaterally negotiate the terms of a Trade Deal, known as the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), with eleven Asian and Latin American nations.

Worse, this Fast Track Authority would most likely result in approving a virtually unlimited number of “Guest Workers” for permanent residence in the USA (Office of the U.S. Trade Representative & Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) to compete for jobs with our millions of unemployed and underemployed.

Senator Sessions summarized the Dangers: “Fast Track is an affirmative decision by Congress to suspend several of its most basic powers for the next six years and to delegate those powers to the Executive. … Because TPP is a ‘Living Agreement’ it can be changed after adoption … (it) would empower the President … to admit more foreign workers into the United States — without ever coming to Congress for approval … (and for) immigration increases above current law — and precious few ways Congress could stop its happening.”

Yes, TPA would smooth the way for allowing IMMIGRATION INCREASES ABOVE CURRENT LAW WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL!

And only the U.S House of Representatives can now stop the TPA and TPP and it should because the USA has Millions of Unemployed and Underemployed, and the history of prior Trade deals shows they are a Disaster for American workers and the Economy.

As a result of NAFTA, GATT and MFN for China:

Of course, there are other Negatives to continuing Mass Immigration at current levels — if President Obama’s Illegal Alien Amnesty is fully implemented, it will cost American Taxpayers Net (after subtracting taxes immigrants pay) $1.3 Trillion for Social Security and Medicare benefits alone (Rector, Heritage Fdn).

And there is a continuing National and Personal Security Threat resulting from the Obama Administrations de facto open borders policies, and their ongoing policy of releasing thousands of convicted Illegal Alien Felons back into American communities rather than deporting them! (Prior CCN Alerts)

And then there is the Increasing Water Crisis in the Southwest, California, and the Intermountain West. An additional 400,000 persons coming to California each year — virtually all of them Legal and Illegal Aliens — will CONSUME an ADDITIONAL Million Acre-Feet of Water Each year.

That — a million acre-feet of water — is the entire amount of water stored currently in Nine of California's Major Reservoirs this month (as of 5/9/15, Census Bureau and California Dept. of Water Resources) This fact led Cal Tech/NASA scientist Famlighietti to conclude that California has only one year of Water left in its reservoirs!

And San Diegans and Orange County residents are ALREADY DRINKING PROCESSED SEWAGE WATER!!! and all are Californians are being encouraged to drink Processed Sewage Water by proponents of the ‘From Toilet to Tap’ movement. Therefore, The TPA and TPP legislation must be stopped in the House of Representatives, which returns from vacation June 1.

So ACT NOW....!!!....

1) Call and write your Member of the House and tell them to VOTE NO ON THE TPA legislation AND NO ON THE TPP! and

2) Push for a Zero-Net Moratorium as a First Priority, even if we do not get one any time soon.

That is because Pushing for a Zero-Net Moratorium on legal immigration maximizes Political Pressure to get some Reductions at least and maximizes pressure to get Good Bills of all types. And a zero-net Moratorium would still allow appx. 150,000 Immigrants per year (e.g. spouses and minor children of U.S. Citizens) to be admitted.

Indeed, simultaneously pushing a Moratorium could provide just enough Political Pressure to get our border protected and Legal Immigration reduced!

And it would maximally benefit American Workers and our country as leaders of over 45 Activist Organizations agreed at the founding Conference of the ASAP! Coalition which CCN co-Sponsored nearly two Decades ago.

Advocating a Moratorium is Essential for delegitimizing the whole justification for Mass Immigration.

Indeed, merely pushing for “Immigration Reform” or, Worse, pushing for "Controlled Immigration for the National Interest" are both Counterproductive because they send the message that Mass Immigration is OK if we just reduce it a little bit.

And pushing for "Controlled Immigration for the National Interest" is even WORSE because it also sends the Message that Mass Immigration IS in the National Interest!

The aforementioned problems will all worsen unless we push for, and eventually stop, Mass Immigration! Is it not, therefore, True that any Organization which refuses to Push a Moratorium as a First Priority, is NOT really Serious about stopping the Mass Immigration Tsunami?!!

—In sum, pushing a Moratorium maximizes our clout to actually get the illegal alien amnesty defunded, get our border protected, and get some reductions in legal immigration

—And the other thing we need to maximize our clout is to Donate to CCN now so we can intensify our initiatives by mobilizing thousands of our activists to push good bills and a moratorium as the best way to maximize our clout to get the illegal alien amnesty defunded our borders protected, and legal immigration reduced!
