"Maximize our Clout to Defund the Illegal Alien Amnesty & Reduce Immigration NOW"

Recent Violent Events in Paris, and in Belgium, and earlier in the Boston Bombing in our USA, and the Rapid Growth of many Immigrant-Populated "No-Go" Zones in several European Countries (and with several beginning in the USA as well) demonstrate, vividly, that Mass Immigration is an Increasingly Serious National and Personal Security Threat.

Millions of Illegal Aliens are in the USA and over a Million immigrants come legally every year (the Boston Bombers came legally), and with more immigration coming, Threats from those who would do us harm Intensify.

Over half of the Hundreds of Thousands of Illegal Aliens crossing our Southern Border last year were Other Than Mexican {OTM}.

Virtually none of them were screened to determine if one might be/is a Terror Threat, is a Drug Cartel Member, or is carrying a Communicable Disease. Indeed, the CBP data indicates that they came from over 75 Countries! Our Borders are Wide Open!

The litany of Reasons to Stop Mass Immigration is long. Except in the Mainstream Mass Media, which is thoroughly supportive of a wide Open Borders policy, these Reasons have been often repeated. Let us again reiterate a few, then indicate how all of us can help maximize our effectiveness in stopping Mass Immigration NOW.

—Any Illegal Alien Amnesty and Continuing Mass Legal Immigration is an Ongoing Disaster for America's Working Poor, Unemployed, and Underemployed. The Underemployed category includes many trained in Science, Mathematics, Engineering and Information Technology who should be looking forward to good careers and being solidly in the Middle Class. But High Tech Firms are in the process of laying off tens of thousands of Americans and are hiring cheap foreign labor via H1b Visas.

Between July and the end of October, 2014, "foreign-born employment in the USA ... increased by 1,028,000, while the number of native-born Americans working has decreased by 780,000" (Rubenstein, vDare.com, 11/8/14). The Ongoing Illegal Alien Amnesty is adding what will become millions (if not halted) to the number of workers competing for American jobs. The relative shortage of jobs and oversupply of labor also depresses Wages. Cutting immigration would raise Americans’ wages.

—Harvard Professor George Borjas estimates that the USA's current High Immigration Rates result in wage loss of $402 Billion/Year for American Workers!

Indeed, American workers and those who would like to be workers, are being devastated by Mass Immigration. Anyone doubting these findings needs to Follow the Money {FTM}. It's Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and the US Chamber of Commerce, joined up with Ethnic Power lobbies that push Mass Immigration.

—And we repeat that Diseases are being brought in by the Flood of Illegal Alien Minors and their adult relations, Practicing internist, Dr. Marc Siegel MD, lays out the risks: “... Since illegal immigrants who enter the US are not prescreened in any way, many carry disease... ten to twenty-five percent of the immigrants (in Texas and Arizona) have Scabies, a highly contagious intensely itchy rash.... Already drug-resistant tuberculosis is spreading in Texas... Dengue Fever... is now spreading from the Illegal Immigrants into Texas and Arizona... Measles and Chickenpox are now emerging among the unvaccinated immigrants... now Swine Flu has appeared....” Marc Siegel MD, Fox News, June, 2014

— And even worse, there is increasing medical evidence that the Enterovirus Epidemic which has sickened thousands of American children, and killed at least seven, is being imported via the Central American Alien Minors, as is Chagas disease transmitted by the "kissing bug" parasite.

— Not only is the admission of tens of thousands of Illegal Alien Minors dramatically increasing costs to Taxpayers for their Medical Care and Education, but if Obama’s Unconstitutional Executive Amnesty is allowed to proceed, the consequences will be similar to those which would have resulted from S. 744, (which thankfully failed in the last Session of Congress) — it will cost Taxpayers about $6.3 Trillion NET, i.e., after Taxes that immigrants pay (Heritage Foundation, cis.org)

According to North Carolina Sheriff Sam Page (with 400,000 Illegal Aliens including Drug Cartel members in his State already), this Border Crises will create consequences in many States far inland.

Among the intensifying Negative Consequences are increased Welfare Payment demands and Medicare/Obamacare used primarily by legals — Immigrant families account for 42% of Medicaid Costs Growth since 2011 (cis.org). But it now appears that President Obama has moved to extend healthcare coverage to many Illegal Aliens.

THE ANTIDOTES

Fortunately, with your encouragement, the U.S. House of Representatives has already passed two Amendments which were tacked on to the DHS Spending Authorization Bill H.R. 240:

— Rep. Aderholt's (R-Ala) and Rep Blackburn's (R. Tenn) Amendments which would defund implementation of all Obama and DHS November, 2014 Alien Amnesty Implementation Memoranda, and defund processing applications for and renewals of Obamas DACA Program and defund 4 of the 5 Morton Memos which limit the authority of ICE agents to deport Illegals. The Amendments would also Prohibit federal benefits (which now include Social Security, Medicare, Obamacare, Welfare, Food Stamps & Subsidized Housing, inter alia) from being given to any Illegal covered by the November memoranda.

NOW, it is up to the Senate to pass a Similar Bill! And here is how to Maximize our Clout to get them to do it:

Urge your Senators and Representatives to

1) support Bills and Amendments which contain all the provisions of the House Bill H.R. 240 to defund Obama's Executive Amnesty!

And,

2) Sponsor independent Bills that would complete the 700 Mile Border Fence which has already been authorized by Congress; and Bills that would immediately Deport those in the US Illegally.

(President Eisenhower deported hundreds of thousands in the space of less than 12 months, and the USA and American workers benefited).

3) OPPOSE the recently introduced Secure Our Borders Act — H.R. 399 McCaul R-TX, which originally would have required building ONLY 27 Miles of the 700 Mile Border Fence originally authorized!! A vote is scheduled for early next week / the week beginning January 26th.

However, in markup it was amended to require completion of the 700 Mile Fence. HOWEVER, that Bill still contains severe deficiencies which were pointed out by Senator Jeff Sessions (R-Ala) before markup:

"The Chairman McCaul proposal does not include the following reforms needed to achieve a sound immigration system: it does not end catch-and-release; it does not require mandatory detention and return; it does not include worksite enforcement; it does not close dangerous asylum and national security loopholes; it does not cut-off access to federal welfare; (........) Surprisingly, it delays and weakens the longstanding unfulfilled statutory requirement for a biometric entry-exit visa tracking system."

We Americans Need a much Stronger Border Protection Bill!

4) Pass the Birthright Citizenship Act — 2015 H.R. 140 (King, R, Iowa) and a companion bill in the Senate. The Senate Bill could be an improvement if it required at least one parent be a Citizen. The House Bill requires only that one parent be a Citizen OR merely a Legal Resident!

5) And, very important — Under Current Law over one Million Legal Immigrants are admitted annually. Without question, The Best Strategy for reducing these numbers is to Push for a Zero-Net Moratorium as a First Priority, even if we do not get one any time soon.

That is because Pushing for a Zero-Net Moratorium maximizes Political Pressure to get some Reductions at least and maximizes pressure to get Good Bills of all types. And it would maximally benefit American Workers and our country as leaders of over 45 Activist Organizations agreed at the founding Conference of the ASAP! Coalition which CCN co-Sponsored nearly two Decades ago.

Advocating a moratorium is essential for delegitimizing the whole justification for mass immigration.

The aforementioned problems will all worsen unless we stop mass immigration! Is it not, therefore, True that any Organization which refuses to Push a Moratorium, as a First Priority, is NOT really Serious about stopping the mass immigration tsunami?!!

—In sum, pushing a moratorium maximizes our clout to actually get the illegal alien amnesty defunded, get our border protected, and get some reductions in legal immigration

—And the other thing we need to maximize our clout is to donate to CCN now so we can intensify our initiatives by mobilizing thousands of our activists to push good bills & a moratorium as the best way to maximize our clout to get the illegal alien amnesty defunded our borders protected, and legal immigration reduced!
