Borders Reps. push $ 1.3 Trillion Alien Amnesty Bills to Senate-- Help stop
them more Covid coming too!
House Bills cosponsors U.S. Reps Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA-40),
Rep
Nydia Velázquez (NY-07) and Yvette D. Clarke (NY-09)
pushed,H.R. 6, the American Dream and Promise Act
through the House this month and on to the Senate. It would not only enable
U.S.-raised immigrant youth known as “Dreamers” to earn lawful permanent
residence and American citizenship but also includes protections and a path to
citizenship for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients and Deferred
Enforced Departure (DED) beneficiaries.
The American
Dream and Promise Act (H.R. 6) would grant amnesty to
approximately 2.9 million illegal aliens who claim to have
entered the country at the age of 18 or younger and meet other requirements.
AND would also grant an amnesty to approximately 320,000 illegal aliens
who received Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
These House
Reps. also pushed through to The Senate The Farm
Workforce Modernization Act (H.R. 1603) which would grant amnesty to more
than 1 million alien farmworkers AND their family members, all
ultimately eligible for Citizenship. Just as troubling, it would also replace the existing
agriculture guest worker program with a new one. Farmers would
be able to sponsor guest workers, and if they work a certain number of hours
over a set period of time, workers may receive a green
card.
Together, the two bills would grant amnesty to more than 5 million
illegal aliens while doing nothing to prevent the kind of massive border surges
that Border Patrol agents currently face as well the House
Reps. passed to the Senate the Citizenship for Essential Workers Act
(H.R 1909, S747) to the Senate. It would create a pathway to Citizenship for
Millions of "Essential" workers. Among those included would be
farmworkers, meatpackers, nurses, janitors, construction workers, grocery store
clerks, truck drivers, restaurant cooks, domestic workers, home health care
aides, emergency first responders,
All of the prospective
beneficiaries of these bills would become de facto legal immigrants!
Among those sponsoring this bill are Reps. Joaquin
Castro,(TX-20th) Ted Lieu,(CA-33rd) Senator Alex
Padilla,(CA) Senator Elizabeth Warren, (MA)
Additional Senator Richard Blumenthal,(CT) Reps. Raul
Ruiz,(CA-36th) Pramila Jayapal,(WA-7th) Ruben
Gallego,(AZ-7th) Juan Vargas,(CA-51st) Barbara Lee,(CA-13th) James
P. McGovern,(MA-2nd) Adriano Espaillat,(NY-13th) Tony
Cárdenas,(CA-29th) Senator Cory A. Booker,(NJ) Reps Grace
Napolitano,(CA-32nd) Raúl Grijalva,(AZ-3rd) Nikema
Williams,(GA-5th) Diana DeGette, (CO-1st) Ro
Khanna,(CA-17th) Sara Jacobs,(CA-53rd) Teresa Leger
Fernández,(NM-3rd) and Rep. Darren Soto,(FL-9th)
The cost of these Bills could be as high as $1.3 trillion or more!
Washington, D.C. (April 5, 2021) – A new report from the Center for Immigration Studies
highlights the added cost to Social Security and Medicare that would result
from any bill passed by the U.S. Congress providing legal status and a path to
citizenship to illegal immigrants. Under current law, illegal immigrants are
net contributors to Social Security and Medicare because they partially pay
into entitlement programs but cannot legally receive benefits. By granting
eligibility for benefits, however, amnesty would transform illegal immigrants
from net contributors into net beneficiaries, imposing steep costs on the
Social Security and Medicare trust funds.
Jason Richwine, resident scholar at the
Center and author of the report, said, "Amnesty transforms illegal
immigrants from net contributors to net beneficiaries of our entitlement
programs. It is important to acknowledge this large added cost, but the CBO's
10-year budget window will miss it."
Amnesty would impose a lifetime net cost on Social Security and
Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) of about $129,000 per amnesty recipient. This
cost is the present discounted value of benefits received minus new taxes paid.
If 10 million illegal immigrants receive amnesty, (and their are already over 20 Million in
the USA--ED) the total cost to Social Security and Medicare Part A would be
roughly $1.3 trillion in present value, equivalent to a one-time transfer of 6
percent of GDP.
Because most of these costs would occur outside its 10-year budget
window, the Congressional Budget Office is unlikely to include them when it
scores amnesty legislation.
In addition, as the USA starts to come out of the pandemic, the
Biden Administration has increased
the number of H2b Visa (Ag workers)Jobs
by 22,000 added on to the 66,000 H2b Visas already authorized.
These are exactly the kind of low skill Jobs that many unemployed
Americans Need and want.
Unfortunately, virtually all Democratic Senators and five
Republican Senators appear ready to make a deal which includes some Amnesty
provisions. This would be a Disaster from a Cost, National Security and
Disease vulnerability point of view as the following excerpts from an AXios article shows:
"Traitorous Senate Republicans (Including John Cornyn!)
Entertain Amnesty Talks"
At least five Republican senators are open to a modified version
of Joe Biden’s Amnesty. Axios reported Wednesday that
a “bipartisan” group met to discuss “comprehensive immigration reform.” The
four Republicans who attended the meeting were: John Cornyn of Texas, Lisa
Murkowski of Alaska, Susan Collins of Maine, and Lindsey Graham of South
Carolina. Mike Rounds of South Dakota called in [Bipartisan
Senate group seeks immigration deals, by Alayna
Treene, Axios, April 21,
2021].
Murkowski, Collins, and Graham are no surprise; they all voted for
Amnesty in 2013. What is notable is Cornyn’s attendance. He is one of the most
powerful Republicans in the Senate and he previously opposed Amnesty. But he
has recently flipped and now wants to work with the Democrats to reward illegal
aliens.
According to Axios, the “biggest areas
of consensus were protections for so-called Dreamers and preserving the
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.” John Cornyn told the outlet that there
isn’t a lot of trust and Republicans don’t want to do
a “comprehensive immigration reform.” They prefer an incremental approach.
(Translation: we will accept some Amnesty provisions --Ed)
Cornyn:
“I think if we did something that is pretty much consensus, like
DACA, then that would be confidence-building, and then we'd kind of move on to
the next."
Democratic Illinois Sen. Dick Durbin said both sides agree that
“we’ve got to reform the system.”
The only positives are that none of the Republicans appear in
favor of Biden’s bills as passed and there is little to no support for the BLANKET amnesties the House
passed last month. They include a massive farm worker Amnesty and an expansive
legalization of illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as minors. But the obvious
major downside is that some Republicans are willing to entertain a national
sellout by including Amnesty provisions.
A Ray of Hope: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a
lawsuit against President Joe Biden’s administration, alleging that the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has exempted border crossers from
emergency Chinese coronavirus public health regulations, spurring a public
health crisis at the United States-Mexico border.
The lawsuit, filed on Thursday, claims that the Biden
administration has increasingly refused to enforce the Centers for Disease
Control’s (CDC) Title 42 authority that requires federal immigration officials
to quickly return border crossers to their native countries on the basis that
they pose a public health risk to American citizens Breitbart
Re: National Security: Thus earlier this month, Customs and
Border Patrol announced two separate apprehensions of Yemeni individuals
on the Terrorist Watch List—only subsequently to scrub the announcement from its
website without explanation [CBP Removes Press Release About Migrants on the U.S. Terror
Watch List Who Crossed the Southern Border, by

Unfortunately, The No BAN
Act, H.R. 1333, introduced by Rep. Judy Chu (D-Calif.) and passed by the
House, would make it increasingly more difficult for the president to
suspend immigration for certain classes of individuals where the suspension
would serve in the national interest. The impact is similar
to that which Sanctuary City/State designations have.
It was under this authority that Pres. Trump was able to suspend
the entry of travelers from certain regions of the world at the onset of the
Covid-19 pandemic. Statistics show that of the 100,000 Illegals who
entered the USA in March at least 5% have Covid! And they are being
transported all over the USA by the Biden Administration The No BAN Act would prevent the president from taking swift action
hindering our ability to protect the national and health security and quality
of life for American citizens
ACT
NOW; Tell your representatives you Oppose all the Amnesty bills and
insist they re-implement all the Trump policies re the Border and re: Legal
Immigration Demand that our National Legislators enact an
all-categories-included zero Net Moratorium on Legal Immigration and to stop
subsidizing LEGAL immigration with the $330 Billion that American
Taxpayers already spend every year to subsidize it — that is $758 Million/year*
Net per Congressional District for the 1.5 Million plus immigrants admitted
legally each year. (400,000/year into California alone annually) prior to the
Biden Executive Orders. See CCN's study of the Net Costs of Immigration
at our website carryingcapacity.org.
Important
to emphasize is that CCN is a Genuine Mass Immigration REDUCTION Group, so
Donations to CCN have far more impact dollar for dollar than Donations to Mass
Immigration MANAGEMENT Groups who refuse to support a Zero-Net
all-categories-included Moratorium on Legal or to oppose Marxism and the
Marxist inspired Cancel Culture and Open Borders.
Therefore,
CCN invites once again all genuine REDUCTIONIST organizations to Join our Diversity Coalition for an all-categories-included
Immigration MORATORIUM . . . a Coalition supported by many Immigrants from all
Ethnic Groups.
Carrying
Capacity Network Is Pro-Immigrant, Anti-Mass-Immigration, anti-Marxist.
We have
taken the lead for a decade in warning about Cultural Marxism.
See for
example the superb 2010 article by Lind available via link near the top right
of our home page.
Unfortunately,
the two largest Immigration MANAGEMENT Groups have de facto undermined our
efforts to reduce legal and illegal immigration.
One says
its goal is to stop Illegal Immigration, but refuses to
push hard to reduce legal immigration or to acknowledge the Magnet effect the
uncapped Asylee and other Categories in Legal Immigration have on drawing in
illegal immigrants, who can via that category automatically be designated
Asylees and thus de facto legalized.
The other
group says it is for “lower immigration levels” but that too is entirely
Counterproductive because it sends the Message that Mass Immigration is OK but
just at lower levels.
As we have
been saying for over ten years the Only Position which generates enough
Political Power to get reductions in Legal and Illegal immigration is to
advocate an all-categories included Zero-Net Moratorium on Legal, finish
building the Border wall and reinstituting the Remain in Mexico policy.
We can have
a substantial impact on stopping or watering down the oncoming bills., and the
oncoming CARAVANS, (which include Migrants from over 70 countries!).
We have Activists in almost all states!!
However,
the pandemic/economy has greatly hurt our Donations. Our nonprofit is now
running on air.
The Open
Borders and Marxist/Cancel Culture Threats are Intensifying!!.
